Refund and Returns Policy

At MilanoPaaso, every pair of shoes is crafted with premium materials and undergoes strict quality checks. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a clear and transparent refunds and returns policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The original box, tags, invoice, and all accessories must be returned.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order footwear (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • Size or model exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchange requests made after 3 days will not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos for verification
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
  • MilanoPaaso reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
  • All decisions regarding refunds and returns are final.
